If you’re new to Folly's Paddock or poop swoop, there’s a good chance you have plenty of questions you’d like to ask before you Book. To keep things easy, we’ve compiled a list of some of the more commonly asked questions.
The Paddock is fully enclosed with 6ft fencing, including your allocated parking bay. Prior to your booking you will receive an access code by email. This will allow you entry via our smart entry system. There is no need to come into contact with any other dog during your booking.

yes, we have plenty of parking space and enough space for the next customer to wait safely in their car while you load your pooch
Unless you have planned a doggy play date, you will have sole use of the Paddock for the duration of your session as we offer complete private hire.
The Paddock is designed to offer as much privacy as possible, we do ask that all dogs are secured on a lead when leaving the paddock so as long as you and your dog stay inside your car until the user before you exits, you’ll never come face to face with another dog or its owner during your visit.
While you can if you wish, both poop bags and bins for safe disposal will be provided free of charge for your visit..
You’re welcome to bring favorite toys with you, but we also have a wide selection for your dog to try out as well. We also provide fresh water at the paddock. While the Paddock is perfect for off the leash fun, you might find it easier to get your four-legged friend back in your car afterwards if you bring a leash along
Poop Swoop is a professional dog waste collection service. We visit your home, pick up your dog’s waste, and even apply a pet-friendly disinfectant to keep your yard fresh and clean.

Average size garden prices start at £10 for the first dog, plus £5 for each additional medium or large dog. All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Currently, Poop Swoop operates as a subscription service. You can select weekly, fortnightly, or monthly collections, but all bookings are part of a recurring monthly subscription.
Yes! We send you a text notification when we’re on our way and another when we’ve completed the job, confirming that everything is secure before we leave
If we are unable to access your yard, we will notify you and reschedule your collection. Please note, rescheduled visits may incur an additional fee.
Yes, you can update or cancel your subscription by contacting us. Changes or cancellations must be made at least one billing cycle in advance.
To optimize our routes, we may adjust the time of your collection. You’ll be notified of any significant changes to your schedule.
We focus on the areas where your dog typically spends time. If there are specific zones you want us to target, let us know in advance.
Poop Swoop operates in most weather conditions. However, in extreme weather (e.g., heavy snow or storms), we may reschedule your collection and notify you accordingly.
