By booking Poop Swoop’s dog waste collection service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Service Overview
Poop Swoop provides a waste collection service where our team visits your property, collects dog waste from your yard, applies disinfectant, and secures the area before leaving. We do not require client interaction; however, all dogs must be securely locked away during each visit to allow safe access to your yard.
- Client Responsibility and Liability
While Poop Swoop takes every reasonable measure to ensure a professional and thorough job, ultimate responsibility and liability rest with the client. Poop Swoop assumes no responsibility for incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur on the property or to any pets while performing our services. Clients are responsible for securing all pets and personal property to allow safe access to the yard.
- Scheduling and Availability
Collection schedules are available weekly, fortnightly, or monthly as a recurring subscription service. We reserve the right to adjust the timing of your service to accommodate our route schedules, which may change periodically. Clients will be notified in advance of any significant schedule adjustments.
- Service Confirmation and Access
Poop Swoop will notify you via text message when we are en route to your property and upon completion of our service. This includes a confirmation that gates or entryways are secured as they were upon arrival. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the yard for each scheduled visit.
- Pricing and Payment
Our service is priced at £10 for one dog, with an additional £5 per extra medium or large dog. This is a monthly subscription charged in advance, based on the selected frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). Payment is required in advance to secure service for the billing period.
- Changes to Service and Cancellation
Changes to your subscription or cancellation must be requested at least one billing period in advance. Cancellations or service changes are effective only once confirmed by Poop Swoop in writing.
By using our service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge Poop Swoop's limited liability as outlined above.
